1 What mera RadioPlayer is

mera RadioPlayer is a non-commercial internet radio directory operated by mera-system, based in Serbia. The platform allows users to discover and listen to publicly available internet radio streams aggregated from around the world.

The platform is provided free of charge, without advertising, and is not operated for profit.

2 Nature of the service

mera RadioPlayer is a directory and aggregator, not a broadcaster or content host. Specifically:

• We do not host, store, transcode, or re-broadcast any audio content.
• All radio streams are provided by independent third-party broadcasters.
• When you press Play, your browser connects directly to the broadcaster's server — no audio passes through our infrastructure.
• We have no control over the content, availability, or quality of any stream.

3 User accounts

Creating an account is optional. Registered users may:

• Save favorite stations
• Suggest new stations for inclusion in the directory
• View their listening history

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to create accounts with false information or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4 User-submitted content

Users may suggest radio stations for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a suggestion, you confirm that:

• The stream URL you submit is publicly accessible.
• You are not submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• You understand that all submissions are reviewed by an administrator before being added.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any submitted station without notice or explanation.

5 Intellectual property & takedowns

We respect the intellectual property rights of broadcasters and content owners. If you are a rights holder and believe that a stream listed in our directory infringes your rights, or if you are a broadcaster who does not wish to be listed, you may request removal at any time.

To request removal of a station:

• Send an email to meraradioplayer@gmail.com
• Include the station name, stream URL, and the reason for your request
• We will process all takedown requests within 72 hours

6 Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform or any listed stream
• The accuracy or completeness of station metadata
• That streams are free from errors, viruses, or harmful content

You use the service at your own risk.

7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mera-system shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to: loss of data, interruption of service, or content encountered through third-party streams.

8 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
